Yes, the staff at Aberdeenshire Council are very polite and helpful. That is the main reason the horrendous Summary Warrant mistake that someone made on the idiotic “information” before a council official from McEwan Fraser estate agents state I owned TWO homes at Tod Head has not yet progressed to a more serious level at Aberdeenshire Sheriff Court.
McEwan Fraser KNEW that the building had to be title-split BEFORE sales by Bob Galloway (owner from 1986-2024) before you and then I and finally Sylvia Kong bought our respective flats off of Bob Galloway.
They KNEW that I only ever owned ONE flat.
The error seems with McEwan Fraser estate agency. Though it would have been nice to have had an apology from Aberdeenshire Council. If I turned up in my old police uniform at Aberdeenshire Council CEO Jim Savege’s home with a DODGY writ, I am sure he would be doing a Victor Meldrew.
Anyways Buddy, as promised, I have found the old photos before we got the roof temporarily repaired.
This shows my home at Tod Head Lighthouse Station at: Flat-3, also known as “1F/R” about six weeks after the photos of your Flat-2 (“1F/L”).
The mould horror is much clearer in these photos and predates the professionals ”de-moulding” after the roof repairs were commenced.

We have the crew on standby, pending the appropriate Planning Permission + Listed Building Consent and Building Warrant documentation which we are hoping will go a wee bit faster than the 364 days it took to get a Building Warrant in another council jurisdiction!
Indeed the substantive structural work appears to have been completed by the Northern Lighthouse Board and we are awaiting a Report on the interstitial areas between ceiling and roof structure to determine exactly what material the roof structure is made of, and of course the condition.

Unfortunately and sadly, Aberdeenshire Council have failed to write to, or apologise for the following horrendous series of mistakes.
On inquiries, Aberdeenshire Council appear to have relied upon dubious and incredulous of words from an estate agency whom both buyer and seller would never use again.
This legal nightmare and placing of a stroke-survivor in a lethal “hypertensive crisis” must be addressed ~ and must never happen again to any other disabled council tax payers…
Two bailiffs with attitude, browbeat an old disabled person whilst he is recovering from a second stroke, at his home.
The bailiffs do this with a negligent and/of perjured warrant…
This matter has NOT been settled yet.
The “Pursuer” has thus far IGNORED all efforts by the wrongly harassed and distressed council tax payer, to provide a remedy for this unlawful action.
Below is proof that the council tax payer and owner of (correct flat identification at “1F/R”) has and continues to allow Aberdeenshire Council to take money from his bank account for council tax.
