Apologies
For some reason, the website went a bit viral. So the inbound phone calls and texts may take a day to answer rather than instantly or within the hour.

TEXT is by far the most efficient form of communication from your good selves to our team here as for safety, the mobile phones are switched OFF whilst driving. We always return messages received via text. This is done once we arrive at the destination and the mobile phone is switched back on. However, the older of the mobile devices is 11 years of age and drops the occasional text.

Meanwhile with respect to TEXTS…
You should receive a text reply within 1 to 4 hours.
Frequently we reply within 5 to 10 minutes.
If you have not received a text reply within 24 hours, please either resend to us the text, or make contact on the phone via old-fashioned voice contact.
