With respect to the Lease: my conveyancing solicitors redacted sensitive and Data Protection parts. They also advised that the Lease is copyright. Who knew!

So if the bank/utility company etc., you are requiring this document for needs/asks for the full 23 pages, my solicitors have advised there is a single page and fairly straight forward “Non Disclosure” form that needs signing. Then a fully notorised/adopted as holograph Lease can be sent to the bank/utility company.

P.S. Stacey, if the new water company are good, please can you send me details as we have two hotels and a business centre with 18 units that require a better water company than the malfunctioning ScottishWater.
